Trauma-Sense: Part 1
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing the Trauma-Sense: Part 1 course, you accept and agree to the following terms & conditions:
1. Personal Responsibility
1.1. Each participant takes individual responsibility for their physical and mental wellbeing during the programme.
1.2. We will not be liable for any action you take during or following the Trauma-Sense course.
1.3. Each participant understands that due to the nature of the content covered in the course, there is a possibility of becoming aware or triggered by their own trauma.
1.4. Each participant takes responsibility for seeking external help for their wellbeing should they feel this is necessary.
1.5. This is a teaching/training course where medical information is discussed. However, no specific medical advice will be given for individual participants nor their clients.
2. Client Confidentiality
2.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain the confidentiality of the clients you work with. Please ensure that you do not name clients that you are working with during the programme.
2.2. You agree not to reference outside of the confines of the Trauma-Sense programme - any information about any clients, case studies or other client-related information that is shared with you.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
3.1. If you change your mind within 14 days of the date you sign up you will receive a 50% refund of fees paid minus £25 admin fee.
3.2. After this point no refunds will be given.
4. Access
4.1. You will have access to the Trauma-Sense: Part 1 course for a period of 12 months from date or purchase.
4.2. We may vary these Terms as we see fit from time to time and if we do, we shall notify you by email of the change of terms. Your continuation with the course will be deemed to be your acceptance of any new Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All resources created by Trauma-Sense and shared with you remain the intellectual property of Trauma-Sense. They are copyright protected - please do not share, copy or reproduce these resources with people outside of the Trauma-Sense course programme.
5.2. You may not without our prior knowledge make any audio or visual recordings of any part of our materials.
5.3. You acknowledge that the ideas and concepts shared by us within the course are proprietary to us and you shall not take any such ideas, concepts or methods and use them in competition with us or for your own commercial gain at any point during or after your 12-month access to the Trauma-Sense course.
6. Live Sessions
6.1. The monthly live Q&A sessions will be delivered via Zoom. Details of how to access these sessions will be provided in your confirmation and follow up emails.
6.2. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone these sessions should the need arise. If we need to cancel or postpone the session, we will notify participants via email prior to the scheduled start time.
7. Course Participation
7.1. We may at our absolute discretion refuse any person permission to participate in the course and we shall not be obliged to state our reasons for such refusal.
7.2. You agree to keep your user details and passwords for the course confidential at all times, and to not disclose them to any third party.
7.3. You may not make unsolicited promotions of your goods or services to other participants in the course.
